Q: How to place an order?
A: If You need to place an order it is best you contact us by phone or using the contact form, this way you talk to us in person and you may get discounts and check if wanted item is in stock or not. We do not accept any type of electronic money transfer on our website. Once you have placed your order, we will start to process it right a way. If your order amount is equal to $100 or more, we will continue to process. We will send your goods as soon as Payments are received. We do not collect or share your credit card info. You will pay it by yourself. If your order amount is under $100, we won't Process it because our minimum order amount is $100. It will be cancelled.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept payments from all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
Q: What is minimum order?
A: Minimum order to purchase is $100 (Shipping Cost NOT included) and there is no minimum per item.
Q: How much shipping and handling costs?
A: Shipping charges depends on the weight of the products you purchase and is calculated in real time with the UPS terminal. .
Q: What is your company policies concerning Refunds and Exchanges?
A: We have an extremely low return rate, which we believe speaks for quality of our products and our customer service. However, in the event you do need to return an item, we try to make it "hassle free".
The following conditions apply to refunds/exchanges:
Please read our policies carefully before you attempt to return or exchange an item:
1. An item may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of ship date. Please inform us within 3 days (72 hours of receipt) before you return any item, If fail to do so will deny exchanges.
2. We do not offer refunds, we will be happy to issue you with a new one (or similar replacement if we have none left in stock).
3. Shipping costs are not refundable; Customers are responsible for shipping charges on exchanges.
4. We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
5. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
6. We do not accept any return or exchange of any fashion belt; all fashion belts sales are strictly final.
7. All sales are final with LED and LED related products. Rest assured however, we check each buckle before it is sent out.
8. The original purchase invoice or receipt must accompany all exchanges.
Q: Do You Accept C.O.D (Cash On Delivery)?
A: No COD's accepted.

A: We do our utmost to meet the highest standards of respect for personal privacy and information security, that's why we do not accept any type of electronic money transfer on our website, and best of all you will be having conversation by phone person to person.
